pricing FAQ
what happens when my free trial ends?
you'll receive email reminders at 7, 3, and 1 day before your trial ends. after the trial, Hobby becomes R30/month. you'll have a 7-day grace period to add a payment method. projects are suspended (not deleted) until payment.
how does bandwidth overage work?
each tier includes a set amount of bandwidth. if you exceed it, you're charged per GB at the rate for your tier (R1.50/GB for Hobby/Developer, R1.25/GB for Pro, R1.00/GB for Team). we'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit.
can i change tiers at any time?
yes. upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount. downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
what payment methods do you accept?
we accept credit/debit cards, PayFast, and EFT for south african customers. Team tier customers can request custom invoicing.
first 50 users get extended trial periods
